Just made another stay at this property over Christmas. I had a rate of $99 which included parking, a real deal if you ask me considering parking is normally $42/day.

The lounge was closed on Christmas so they offered some free appetizers at the ChiBar instead. I was not able to make it but to be honest they should just do that all the time and give club level guests a few dollars off drinks at the ChiBar also and they would do much better for themselves. I like the upgrades I get there especially staying on days that aren't typically full of plats but I find that lounge completely useless. Breakfast is pretty much nothing. I now go to a little cafe at 245 E. Grand called Mary's Cafe, just a little diner but excellent breakfast and great service.

Also, I did use the internet and as a club floor guest I was not even prompted for a login etc. No worries about having to argue it off the bill etc.

I do like this hotel and its treatment of plats but the lounge is useless in my opinion.
