UA has long had restrictive policies with respect to use of RCC's by *G's. Don't forget, UA/US are the only *A carriers that don't allow their own *G's to use their own lounges on domestic only itineraries. Why is that? Probably to prevent overcrowding - the same reason LH restricts access to their FCL/FTL's.
