Unless you are hitting a system limit (described in my previous post for
all KVS Tool Methods, and not just for for "award availability), it is something that only TG itself would be able address...
I see that for at least some of their routes, the end of Nov 2009 flights have been loaded in Sabre, e.g.:
[KVS Availability Tool 3.3.3/Platinum - Sabre: ITN/UK-ASB]
Code:
DXB Dubai AE [OMDB]
BKK Bangkok Int'l TH [VTBD]
SAT 21 Nov 2009
Carrier Flight From Depart To Arrive A/C St Information
--------- ------ ---- --------- ---- --------- ---- ---- -----------
TG 4502 DXB 03:15 BKK 12:05 773 0 Meal: None
This is interesting as neither Apollo, WSpan nor Galileo return any information on TG for DXBBKK on 21 Nov 2009. Sabre listed the flight no. as TG4502 but TG's own web site listed the flt. no. as TG502 (missing the 4). This flight appears to be co-shared with EK as EK6200.
I also tried to do a dummy booking on Expedia.ca for mid Nov. 2009 and it is also not returning any flight availability on TG. No problem with other airlines.
I think that this is TG issue and presumably the information should be updated at any time.
