I wish they'd just make it so you can confirm the change online. Last week I had a schedule change, they pushed a flight back 4 minutes. I had to spend 10 minutes on the phone waiting on hold and going through their terrible menu system to confirm the change. It's nice that they don't want me waiting 4 more minutes than I'd have to at the airport, but it defeats the purpose if I spend more than 4 minutes on the phone.
