SEN lounges are way too overcrowded to be called F lounge, one that is superior to the C lounge.
At least I can find somewhere to sit in C lounge.

I have less problem at, for example, SIN because SKF F is superior to SKL C, but at some stations like FRA, SEN lounge is no better than C lounge due to lack of seating.
So your complaint is that LH does not provide a good enough *A F lounge. OK, that may be valid. But it has nothing to do with LH breaking the "spirit of alliance" or whatever that hogwash is. Bottom line, LH provides an F lounge (superior, debatable how much) to the C lounge. They have met their obligation. They are welcomed to provide something else for THEIR OWN F pax (and I'm glad they do).
