UA's first class lounge at Narita has showers. Four of them, I believe. (The Red Carpet Club downstairs has them as well.)
Ask the agents at the desks when you first get off the lift to enter the lounge and they will escort you to them and unlock the door for you.
The ANA lounge has showers as well, but I like the showers in the UA lounge better.
When in C, I use RCC for shower and move to NH C lounge.
In F, NH F shower room/amenity is better than IFL anyway, so I go straight to NH F lounge.
Regarding SIN TPR, I would believe that PPS (or at least TPPs) in award F should be able to access TPR.
