UA's first class lounge at Narita has showers. Four of them, I believe. (The Red Carpet Club downstairs has them as well.)

Ask the agents at the desks when you first get off the lift to enter the lounge and they will escort you to them and unlock the door for you.

The ANA lounge has showers as well, but I like the showers in the UA lounge better.
