Coeliac

Clare,

My eldeset daughter is Coeliac. We flew back from JFK last August in Club. She remembers Salmon (it nearly always is), and fruit (it nearly always is). No roll was offered, but I'm sure the crew would refresh one of your own for you. Don't forget to take something for afternoon tea. Can't help with breakfast, DD slept through, but my recollection is that there was a special tray for her.

Prior to that we did DFW in WT+, and the menu was very similar. Crew did their best not to make her feel different.

Be prepared for the worst, we took one Lufthansa flight (in business) FRA-PHL, where no GF meal was loaded, DD ended having a jar of hot dogs, (the crew were fantastic and could not have tried any harder to recover the situation). She hasn't eaten a hot dog since!

We always take enough now to cobble together a meal.

Hope that helps.

If you want any more info, feel free to PM me.
