Dispute the charges. I would vigourously pursue this with your bank - shame on them for being so lazy.

Even though this doesn't help you after the fact, I agree wholeheartedly with this advice. Thetrainline charge for everything and their customer service is abysmal. How they're still in business is a mystery to me.
