I was wrongly debited 1800 miles for a magazine subscription by milepoint.com. The miles should have been deducted from 2000 points credit I already have milepoint. I have been trying in vain for past few days to get my miles back and each time i hear them say it will be done within 24 hrs ..but i never see the credit in my DL account..
