Thanks again all. When i came into the lounge now I asked if they would give me vouchers, they said no, so have decided to leave it and stick with the breakfast in the lounge. Like the previous person commented don't want to push my luck too much and then get left with nothing.
Re the wireless, my internet works perfectly, was just commenting on having found a way to have free wireless internet throughout the Hotel without the need to have a room on the exec floor. If anyone is coming back to the Hilton Tokyo ( not sure about Bay or Narita) the trick is to take your laptop / smartphone to the exec lounge floor ( the lifts don't need your room card to activate the lift to these floors) stand in the hall way of the lefts for a minute and get connected to the wireless connection called " Hilton Tokyo Exec" and browse to your homepage. The same hilton page comes up that's asks you to pay but instead says Hilton Exec has given you two days free connection.
You can now go back downstairs or wherever inside the hotel and your connection will work for free from any floor.
