I've wanted to visit this property for years now, but I am also really taken aback at what I've seen here and on other review sites regarding this hotel. My real frustration around all of this is how the property has managed to pass the frequent quality control reviews and branding inspections from *wood corporate. Even Holiday Inn wouldn't allow any mattresses that worn to be routinely utilized. In a word, wow.

In fairness to *wood, I think this is a very isolated case and, on balance, they do a solid job of quality control. But, that consistency is what makes this situation all the more upsetting.
