Because of the weather related delays and cancellations to many of Air Canada's flights across much of the country, Air Canada reservations (including the SE line) are jammed - if one can get through, one is asked to call later (for non-weather emergency related calls), once the weather related issues are resolved.

Therefore, I would like to upgrade flights on which I bought a latitude fare ticket on-line.

The question is whether the web site will allow me to enter SWU cert numbers for certs which expire on Feb 28, 2009. I do not have the newer certs.

If I need to enter the newer cert numbers online for such upgrades, I wonder if someone can p.m. me that information - or post it here, if one does not think that is confidential.
