I would suggest a quick run to Europe. Fares range from $328-$418 with resulting total miles accrued of 8080(LON) to 9720(FCO). You can leave BOS about 3pm and be back in BOS by about the same time the next day. Personally, I would stay for a day or two.

Combining this with a trip to DFW would probably do the trick for you.

Don't forget that US has a $20 fuel surcharge per segment. I am not sure if they are applying this surcharge to shuttle flights.

Also, be aware that taxes/fees on transatlantic flights are much higher than domestic flights.
