Why would you even suggest this? OP did nothing wrong. He and his father, who have the same name, flew on several flights together and earned SM into seperate accounts. As the previous poster pointed out, DL found nothing wrong with these two individuals flying together when they sold them seperate seats.

I read the post as they were using the same FF#
If they were uisng different FF# and it came out that way on the BP
the he has a legitimate beef even if they are using the same address.

If he needs to write/fax the FF departement answers can take weeks.
I would suggest a registered or certified letter if they were using different FF#
