I had an exceptional crew on a MAD - JFK flight two years ago. We had a less than stellar departure from JFK the week before (ground ops not flight) and they were aware of it and made us feel right at home. Everyone in the BE cabin was murmuring how great the service was.

Of course, kind words were sent along to ATL.

Every now and then, when passing through JFK, I run into the flight lead and he always takes the time to say hi, ask about the family, what trips I have been on, etc.

All of my BE flights have been great but that MAD - JFK was the best by far. Of course, after that, my now 14 year old never wants to fly in the 'back' of the plane again.
