Anyone having difficulty accessing their reservations online?

I am having difficulty accessing my IC reservations online. These reservations are for IC Singapore and ANA IC Tokyo and were made on the PC website.

I have communicated with Ambassador services about this and below is their reply.

"Foremost, we apologize for the delay in our response. Nonetheless, we were informed that reservations altered by the hotels in their system and thereafter guaranteed on their end are not viewable online. As such, the website will prompt guests to contact the hotels directly regarding the reservations."

I never had this problem before. In the past, I could even edit my reservations just a day before I arrive.

I like to check my reservations as it usually reflects the room I am upgraded to.

But this time, when I inquired, my room has not been upgraded a month after the initial reservation was made.

So I am just wondering if they have changed their system or I am experiencing a glitch in their system.
