I managed a medical emergency in flight, including sitting on the floor in the galley next to the patient for 1 1/2 hrs. before landing, and all I got was a Presidents Club one-day pass with my named misspelled. If they had bothered to check, they would have noted that I was already a member. But then, I'm ONLY an Advance Practice Nurse. Thanks, CO.
