It's true, Delta's B/E product and service has been vastly improving. The other week, flying JFK-BCN-JFK, I received outstanding service, particularly from a male flight attendant. He was absolutely stellar, attitude was positive the entire flight. It seems like the next generation (younger) F/A's are being trained well, and hopefully they will carry this trait with them as they gain seniority with Delta.
Delta, if you read Flyertalk, please recognize the employees and let them know they are doing a fantastic job! It would also be nice if there were an easier way to send compliments to the employees and then let us know they received our input.
