I would hope that BE would have great service...but I was really surprised and impressed with a FA on a Skywest CRJ-900 from ATL to DTW who worked first class. She was always very friendly and smiled and seemed to be enjoying her job, it was contagious and we were all definitely in a better mood at the end of the flight than at the start!
