Yes, I've sent a snail-mail letter to the executive offices. I won't send it through the web to Customer Service 'cause I don't believe that it will get to the folks that care.

I agree. I think it is important to talk about great flights too!
One thing I will say for send a comment on BA's site, they letters are read and compliments are sent to the person who received them when possible, which I think is a terrific moral booster.
