A G550 or Global Express seat 12-14 and would have the range; a G450 with similar seating might have the range - it would be close westbound.
I have no problem with Obama and I do think it would be hard to have him fly on a commercial flight; it would be nice that our government which criticizes the auto makers for their use of pjs would look in the mirror. Air Force One is a 747; but the government also has long range 757s - would be a nice move for Obama to downsize when he gets to the White House.
