Update on my name change - I sent in a FAX with the necessary data, and I noticed my name was changed sometime afterwards. It didn't sink in, however, that they changed it from First Initial, Middle Name to First Name, Middle Initial! Now I have the same glitch as before, the travel agent uses my full name, but the Skymiles account has only middle initial. I think the problem is my name is too long, therefore they have to abbreviate it somehow. Oh well, I guess I'll live with it.
