I didn't know country of residence was a protected discrimination class.

There is absoultely no basis for any type of lawsuit here. Did you ever get a deal on a hotel room or a rental car or use a coupon to save money on an item in the grocery store?

Based on your logic, I supposed the hotel chain/rental car agency/grocery store should give the same promotion to everyone.

It's basic marketing....if you want to build market share, offer promotions.

CO can design their OnePass program however they want. Don't forget, you agreed to the terms of service when you signed up, so if you don't like how they use promotions to attract customers...too bad.

I for one could care less if European residents are Elites. The odds that I will be competing with them for a domestic upgrade or award flight are slim to none and we're all in the same boat for BF upgrades. Big deal.
