I just got home from LV and agree that the breakfast in the Coffee Corner is a downgrade from the usual buffet. There were 2 hot items, an egg and cheese muffin thing, and a spinach, cheese, and egg burrito. Other than that, it is all pastries and fruit.
They also had oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurt and free espresso/latte drinks when we were just there. Not as good as the regular buffet, of course, but there was plenty to fill up on.
