Problems changing flights booked though ba.com

I've booked several award itineraries though ba.com. Up until Saturday, I could access the "Manage My Bookings" link and click a section which allowed me to check availability to "Change Flights." interestingly, as to one of my itineraries that link has disappeared. It remains on the others. I called the Executive Club and spoke with an agent who indicated that the site had been experiencing problems but could offer no further advice as to re-activating the link. Mind you, this has nothing to do with availability itself, just the access to this feature, which is an integral part of ba.com bookings. Obviously, this feature is much easier than checking general availability and calling BA phone reps all day and night.
Any thoughts and/o suggestions would be appeciated.
