Most of my travels take me through Terminal C, but due to a very rude agent, I usually take the hike to another Terminal. I was rather tired this morning and did not feel like the extra train ride to Terminal D (the nicer of the clubs). I go up into the club expecting this very rude agent to give me her little attitude and was quite delighted to find out she was missing. Could I finally have peace? I realize this is very trivial to most, but when you travel as much as I do, it's the little things that make/brake a trip for me. And this lady has been nothing but a thorn in my side since day one. A little background...I arrive in the AM typically, and she is on her cell phone (texting or talking very loudly to her girl friends), she pretends that she does not see me even though I am rather had to miss, or she gets up and walks away when I am in line next. And when I have the extreme misfortune to have her help (I use this very loosely) she never looks or speaks to me. I used to take this personal, but she seems to be this rude to anyone who enters that club! If you've been to Terminal C in the morning, you know exactly who I mean. She never wears a name tag, so I have no idea what her name is, but she's kind of round, African American, very very very short hair and wears these un-necessarily large earrings. Sorry, that sounds petty, but she is just darn right mean and any interaction with her usually leads me to a pretty sour morning. Is she really gone for good as I heard? As I hope? Well, perhaps her absence is to a sensativity training? Who could be that lucky? When I come through Friday, I'll try again...let's keep our fingers crossed...and there will be pease in Terminal C for this not-so-hard-to-please-guy.
It appears to me that there is more to this story than what the OP is telling. It sounds like that there has been some incident in the past that has led to this circumstance. If this was so much of a show stopper for them, I belive that they do have supervisors that can be alerted..... Just a thought.
