I'd go to your nearest computer/electronics big box store and try them all. Get a feel of which keyboard works for you, screen size, etc.

Personally, I chose the Eee PC1000 for a variety of reasons that include super easy access to the RAM/HDD.

However, you may have completely different criteria.
