In February I'm trying to leave Phuket around noon, and arrive in Chiang Rai (direct would be great, but through Bangkok is ok) mid-afternoon.

Doesn't work using Thai Air or Air Asia or Nok Air. Any flights/airlines I'm missing?

(It's possible on Air Asia, but the flight that wrenches us from Amanpuri is too early (9a).)
