I've been an AC member for over 45 years; and, on rare occasions, I've encountered a less than AAngelic AC staff member. But never one constantly that way. They were either a regular having a bad day or I never saw them again.

Yes, this was a provocative first post. But the OP provided definitive clues to the ID of the AC staffer. With all of the DFW posters here, I'm surprised at the lack of either positive or negative comments on the OP assessment of her.
