AlClub truly sucks.. i have to email them four times over a month just to get a reply one time and when i finally got a reply one month later. I was enquiring about when my status will be upgraded to gold and previous years i was looking at the Accor Prefered card where you pay for and it cost alot and so not worth it !!! But i just wanted more detials about it just out of couristy so there was this special button where you place your info and they contact you shortly and it was months and still no contact so did it again and even emailed them alot of times throughout those months and no reply.. one time i stayed at one ACCOR Citygate in Hong Kong just for a getaway and the staff tired to sell me the program at the hotel and i told them about the whole situation not being contacted and blah blah blah.... Then he called the General Manager out and i told him the situation and he aplogised and said i will email them straight away and tell them to contact you about the program.. he also fowarded me the email which he sent to ACCOR.. and GUESS WHAT... NO REPLY FROM THEM..... I emailed them nemours times and throughout those 3 years no email reply for them. Sent them over 50 emails and no reply... This is the worst customer service and worst program ever created and never ever will i stay in any of there hotels or affiliated hotels ever even if i have to live on the street ....
couldnt agree more. once waited three months for a response to my email!
