Unlimited Upgrades are one thing but they are not systemwide. At the start of this year I relocated to Paris from Philadelphia for a two year assignment (hence the heavy travel I flew from PHL - CDG every week for three and a half months) and now I live here. My company will give us one trip a year home - coach class and if we want to go home more than that we must buy the tickets ourselves.

I don't mind using the miles during the peak season if I must but Paris becomes a very affordable destination in the fall/winter (tix can be as low as $250 R/T) so I would probably buy discount tickets and it would be nice to have a stack of ten or so sytemwides to upgrade to envoy. I have complained to USAirways about it but so far to no avail
