Sounds like a legitimate gripe (now if only Jackie Childs were here, you may have some representation ).

I would think that you're at least entitled to another set of systemwides, since those of us moving from Silver to Gold will have the same number of SWUs you do in your CP kit. However, you currently have the 2 and it takes us a while to get the second (but, we do get longer to use them if I understand it correctly). And if you did progress from no status to CP this year, you'd have 8 of the things. Hmmm ... US probably hasn't thought this through, and you ought to get in touch with them on it. Wonder how United, et al handle this kind of thing.

Good luck - they should play nice - since you've flown 100 segs or 100k in 4 months, you've earned that right.
