With my last trip up to Newark on an e-saver, reached Gold under the challenge (hit it with both segments and miles) and requalified for Silver for 2001 with miles. DM recognizes it as of today (as BillMorrow noted - it's manual, that is if you're not targeted and just sign up like many of us did). But it's funny to note that it'll take a couple of days for the reservation system to catch up. Waiting for the new set of upgrades, and the 8 per 10 k miles.

Now to see if I can keep Gold for 2001.
