Thanks, it worked and took quite a bit of arguing. I kept reading to them from the webpage, and and the said they don't honor that, and I kept saying it doesn't say except for the LV Hilton. . . lots of back and forth, and finally they said they'd remove the charges.
Should have to be this way.
