If you have been blacklisted for years (maybe better termed graylisted, cause at least you are still allowed to fly it sounds like) and not been given a path forward to get off the list, I think it is high time you tried to enlist your local House rep or your Senator's office to go to bat for you on this. I don't know how you have managed to keep a good attitude about this kind of treatment.
