I bought the cart thinking it would be great for holding small items such as Christmas decorations. Now I'm seriously P-O'd with the airline. When I picked the cart up, was told I would be receiving an email when the drawers are ready and never got that. Just for spite, I'm thinking of calling the credit card company and saying they didn't fullfill the order as promised.
