A little background...I arrive in the AM typically, and she is on her cell phone (texting or talking very loudly to her girl friends), she pretends that she does not see me even though I am rather had to miss, or she gets up and walks away when I am in line next. And when I have the extreme misfortune to have her help (I use this very loosely) she never looks or speaks to me.
Just a thought, but when I approach the counter, I greet the staff with a "Good Morning" and a smile. I treat them as if they are actual humans that might value some common courtesy, rather just a robot whose job it is to provide me with service.

If her choice of earings bothers you, you seem to have oddly specific taste.

I missed the part where she was "darn right mean" to you. Did she swear at you, or hit you, or make fun of your appearance ? Are you wearing an un-necessarily large watch that she may find objectionable ?
