ANA IC is definitely a good choice, in terms of location and service.

If you are on budget, don't eat in the hotel, there are plenty of nice places to have lunch/dinner just behind the hotel, just cross the bridge on the left.

If you take a taxi, make sure you tell the driver you are going to Zan-Ni-Ku (ANA) Hotel, otherwise they won't have a clue where InterCon ANA is.
