Yes, in theory it is pretty quick. I came in last night, was #5 in line. We arived about 20 minutes early, so there were no CBP people in the booths when I arrived. After a 3 minute wait, the line started moving. The people at the end of the line may well have had a decent wait, as only 2 officers showed up. Bags started coming out after about a 5 minute wait.
