BUT if someone ordered a dessert in F - like "Sticky Toffee Pudding" - would it be acceptable to ask for some ice cream to go with it? Would it actually be possible for the crew ro grant such a request (i.e. get some vanilla ice cream from somewhere)?

I had sticky toffee pudding on Virgin, a couple of months back, and they did oblige with a tub of vanilla ice cream for me to scoop on top... and it was fantastic
