There's no problem with this assuming that the card is used for business expenses and that's why you have it. It would be easier if it were an OPEN card, but not really necessary at all.

If you use it strictly for personal expenses and there is no business need for having a credit card whatsover, its not a deductible expense.

I've never had to deal with it myself, but I remember reading about or hearing about some IRS ruling stating that airline lounge memberships are not a deductible expense. So, if that was going to be your justification you're likely out of luck.
