We have the following booking in April - MAN-LHR-SFO & PHX-LHR-MAN
I've changed the timing on the return LHR-MAN leg, something I wanted to do anyway as we had a very long wait, but it only yielded a £20 pp reduction. A figure I can't quite put my finger on as it does not appear to be the reduction in charges for a domestic flight, regardless of booking class.
Better than nothing though, and more importantly the 50% mileage reduction remained in place.
Edited to add: the second time I called YouFirst to actually do this (first time just an enquiry) the lady did not seem so sure, but went away and said the ticketing department would sort out the refund 'in a couple of days'. We shall see if it materialises.
