I spoke with BA Exec club yesterday and they are saying that anyone with bookings made before the 18th Dec will NOT get a refund on the fuel surcharges.

I did point out that it did not mention that at all in the press release that is on BA.COM and that it is very misleading indeed. The reply was to read the Terms & Condition regarding fuel surcharges. If you read the T&C it does not really cover surcharges that much.

So there you have it folks. You might not like it (I know I dont) but thats BA Exec reply.
