In the grand scheme of things, the fees are still huge. We booked to the West coast in club using the 50% off sale.
Phone booking as it was open jaw but £399 each in taxes. This would have reduced it to £329 each. Still very expensive and a long way from a free ticket. Infact I'd guess that £329 isn't that far away from the cheapest economy ticket on the route anyway...
