It depends on the type of touchscreen tecnology used; I haven't looked that closely, but I think it's probably resistive - in which case it will work with gloves. Capacitative touchscreens (like the iPhone) are becoming more common, and may not work with thicker gloves, but ought to work with someting as thin as latex, etc.
