So having driven through bumper to bumper traffic from Vermont, I managed to get to JFK at 7.05 - flight was in final boarding.

I had spoken with the exec club, and moved my flight to tomorrow's 174. They had told me that that was an option earlier in the day, but it had to be done by the time the original flight was due to depart.

I still went to the airport to see if the airport staff could help me out and try to get me on a flight tonight, but the ticketing agent showed me the loads; -5 for most of the flight in F (5 overbooked), 0 in J & W, and -10 for two in Y.

Tough times.
