Is this the new or old WBC? I've found the old WBC seats to be comfortable enough (I'm a tad under 5'10") on the 744s and MD-11s. The footrests can be extended downward but I've always found they're still limited (on several airlines including NW new WBC, LH, AF's NEV and QF). I just tend to leave the footrest folded up if so.
