I take that Philadelphia - Paris flight quite often and find the lounge quite nice. They have some good food and a free self serve bar with top shelf liquor. I would recommend stopping in for a drink or two if you are early for the flight

The lounge in France is a shared lounge inside of the duty free zone in CDG. That lounge is old and not very nice. I would not go out of my way to go there. Be advised that the CDG airport can be a nightmare and you may need anywhere from 10 minutes to 1/2 hour just to get to the gate from the duty free area. Leave plenty of time
