I waited 20 minutes at ORD once. Noticed the shuttles going by and not making the corner. I was standing under a RENTAL CAR SHUTTLE sign and several Hertz and Avis busses stopped. Finally I hiked across like 12 lanes of traffic and got on the bus, the driver said "we don't pick up over there anymore". I said "A sign might be nice".
